The Supply Chain Business Division has 167 sites operated by 109 subsidiaries in 38 countries around the world. By using these sites and our logistics networks and by establishing an optimally integrated parts logistics system, the division has established a global automotive parts supply chain. We aim to achieve sustainable growth together with our technologically skilled partners under the division's Vision2030, which is to "change the concepts of production, transportation, and connection to fulfill our responsibilities to future society."
In the “Manufacturing” segment, we also engage in tire assembly and related operations. In addition, within the automotive interior and exterior components and automotive accessories sectors, we conduct a range of activities from product planning and development to material procurement and processing.
In the “Transportation” segment, we meet the diverse needs of our customers through our global logistics network and supply–demand management capabilities. Furthermore, we are working with partners who possess digital technologies to optimize logistics processes, achieve warehouse automation, and develop and reuse transportation packaging materials, thereby reducing CO₂ emissions in the logistics domain.
In the “Connection” segment, we integrate our unique customer network, manufacturing and logistics capabilities, and global supply chain management systems to achieve supply chain visualization. By providing solutions for disaster response and other risks, as well as enabling centralized data management, we contribute to solving challenges not only for customers in the automotive industry but also across various other industries.
Starting in April 2026, internal organizational adjustments will take place within the company. To achieve the above objectives, we will continue to devote our full efforts to discovering advanced technologies and new materials, while also strengthening the development of new functionalities.
In terms of logistics operations, we currently operate two logistics centers located in Yangmei District, Taoyuan City (established in 1991) and the Taipei Port area (in operation since 2008). These centers are primarily responsible for delivery parts to OEM manufacturers and satellite factories, as well as tire processing operations. Beginning in 2026, the Yangmei logistics center will further introduce automation and smart technologies, promoting the use of robotics in warehousing, sorting, transportation, and inventory operations. This will make the logistics process more precise, efficient, and stable. Through the integrated operation of robotics and digital management systems, we aim to build a next generation logistics platform that is visualized, predictable, and optimized, thereby enhancing the resilience of our supply chain.
In addition, we will actively expand our partnerships and customer network, including in the field of environmental solutions such as fuel cells, while advancing the social implementation of both our core and growth oriented technologies.
To achieve carbon neutrality (CN), we will continue to take on challenges across four major areas: energy conservation, renewable energy, alternative fuels, and electric vehicles, fulfilling our responsibility to future society. By connecting people, products, technology, and society in more environmentally friendly ways, we strive to contribute to the development of the next generation of mobility.

| CL100 Project |
We aim to achieve circular logistics by implementing measures such as eliminating petroleum-based packaging materials and developing new logistics containers made of recycled plastic with the objective of logistics that leaves no waste. |
|
| 3Rs of Parts and Materials |
We will focus on the 3Rs of parts and materials through initiatives such as starting a recycling business for nylon scraps generated during airbag manufacturing in Vietnam. We will contribute to the realization of a circular economy by promoting businesses that reuse waste. |
|
| Global Parts |
Construction of optimized supply chains with mixed loading and supply-and-demand management functions in the export/import and global procurement of parts. |
|
| Logistics and Module |
Logistics services linked to customer production activities, automotive parts assembly services such as tire and wheel assembly, and operation of technopark businesses to support the overseas expansion of small and medium-sized businesses. |
|
| Materials & Auto Parts/Accessories |
Provision of integrated functions ranging from development and materials procurement to production and sales of automotive interior and exterior parts and accessories. |
|
|
|
| Electrified Parts |
Manufacturing and sales of electrified parts for EV/HEV motorcycles, vehicles, and ships. |
